Nick Ramey

Nick Ramey

Nick Ramey was a high school senior at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts when he was selected as part of the Competition roster at the 2nd Y-CAM Film Festival in 2015. His education in film includes Columbia College in Chicago, YoungArts Miami, and NOCCA. He is a two time National Young Arts winner/alumni, a White House Film Festival winner, and holds a gold key in the Scholastic film program. His films have played in over twenty five festivals worldwide and have totaled him to nine wins.

Since the, Nick started developing an on-going career as a cinematographer and aerial dp. Originally from New Orleans, now based out of Brooklyn, New York. His notable documentary work includes Netflix's Keep Sweet Pray and Obey, Academy Award short listed documentary Descendant and HBO's The Invisible Pilot. His narrative background as an aerial camera operator include Disney's Haunted Mansion, Robert Rodriguez's Spy Kids, Renfield, Queen & Slim.
